CONTEXT // CHALLENGE

A premium asset required a presentation and enquiry qualification system.

CoCo is an operating hotel in central Karpacz offered as a property sale. Its presentation had to build prestige, communicate the asset parameters and guide an interested party to a secure enquiry.

SCOPE // END TO END

Eight layers in one delivery.

  1. Presentation strategy: positioning, argument hierarchy and claims control.
  2. UX/UI and Sable Reserve: a bespoke, responsive visual system.
  3. Sales application: Next.js, language routing and technical SEO.
  4. Secure lead capture: same-origin BFF, validation, idempotency and Turnstile.
  5. Private CRM: PostgreSQL, scoring, lifecycle and change audit.
  6. Controlled messaging: outbox, retry and a draft before sending.
  7. Domain and infrastructure: Cloudflare Tunnel, Docker and a private network.
  8. Maintenance and releases: Ansible, health checks, rollback and backup.

PROOF // PRODUCTION STATE

Verifiable facts, not promises.

  • On 28/07/2026, key public routes returned HTTP 200.
  • The website and lead service containers were healthy with no restarts during the audit.
  • The release was versioned and tested, with a retained rollback image.
  • The daily encrypted PostgreSQL backup completed with exit code 0.

Boundary of proof: the case study confirms the scope, launch and maintenance of the system. It does not claim a property sale, lead volume or revenue growth without confirmed business data.

Do you need a digital presentation, enquiry system and production layer that work together?

We begin with online qualification and a Strategic Direction Sprint. Scope, technology, acceptance and maintenance are clear before building.
